BOOKING RULES

2. The reservation application must contain the following information:
   • Guest Name
   • country of residence
   • email, phone
   • date and time of arrival/departure
   • number of adults
   • Number of children and age
3. Villa Camilla will confirm/reject the reservation within 24 hours, if available/unavailable
4. By confirming a room reservation, the Guest accepts and agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions, including the procedure for cancelling the reservation and the rules in force in the event of no-show.
5. From the moment the reservation request is confirmed and sent to the Guest, the room indicated in the confirmed request is considered pre-booked.

1. A guaranteed reservation is considered to be made if the Guest makes an advance payment of 50% of the total cost.
2. The guaranteed room reservation confirmed by Villa Camilla remains with the Guest until 11:00 hours following the day of the Guest’s arrival.
3. Any other reservations by a Guest of Villa Camilla services shall be deemed non-guaranteed. Villa Camilla reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations if necessary.

1. Check-in from 15:00
2. Departure by 11:00
3. Early arrival from 06:00 to 11:00 – 50% of the cost of a room per night
4. Late check-out after 1 p.m. and before 11 p.m. is charged additionally at the rate of 50% of the cost of the room per hour.

1. Payment is charged for the first day in full, regardless of the time of arrival of the Guest.
2. For stays of less than a day, payment is made for a full day in accordance with the established time of settlement and the settlement hour
3. If the Guest notifies of early departure (compared to the booked period of stay) less than 24 hours prior to the actual date of departure, the Guest is obliged to pay a penalty of one night’s stay and to make payment for the actual services provided.
4. You can settle with a passport or other identity document

Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs is not allowed in the rooms. Smoking area on the terrace.
For smoking in prohibited areas, the Guest agrees to pay a fine of 50% of the room rate per night for each violation.

1. Payment for accommodation is charged at the rate of 50% of the total cost within 3 days from the date of confirmation of availability
2. The final payment for accommodation is made on the day of arrival for the entire period of stay in the amount of 50% of the total cost.
3. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, etc.

1. Children under 5 years old are accommodated for free with their parents without providing an extra bed. Adults and children over 5 years are charged a fee of 500 UAH/day for an extra bed.
2. At check-in the guest leaves a deposit (pledge) of 4500 UAH.
3. The deposit will be retained for the duration of the stay and will only be returned in full before check-out if all items in the house are in perfect working order and Villa Camilla is rented clean.
4. If the house is delivered dirty and the dishes are not stacked in the dishwasher will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 2500 UAH. If the dishes are broken and interior items are missing, the Guest is obliged to compensate for the loss or damage to the property at Villa Camilla.

1. Cancellation of a confirmed application is a reduction in the number of Guests, full or partial order from the service.
2. You can cancel your reservation by emailing booking@villacamilla.net
3. Cancellations made earlier than 2 weeks before date of arrival (check-in date) are free of charge and 50% deposit can be returned if there are at least 2 weeks before check-in date.
4. In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the date of arrival or in case of no-show, the amount of prepayment is not refundable and is considered a penalty.

1. Disturb the peace of living guests after 10:00 p.m. and before 08:00 p.m.
2. Do not use tees or extension cords or powerful electrical appliances.
3. Use hotel equipment and rooms for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
4. It is unacceptable to leave electrical appliances on unnecessarily, open cold/hot water taps.
5. When checking into rooms and receiving the use of property in the rooms, it is necessary to handle it carefully, avoiding its damage and return it on departure in the same condition. In case of damage/loss of property Villa Camilla has the right to charge the guest an amount equal to the value of the damaged/lost property.

Accommodation with pets is not possible and Villa Camilla reserves the right to refuse to accept guests with pets, even if a prepayment has been made.
